Property Litigation Solicitor

 

Description:

As an Experienced Property Litigation Solicitor, you will:

  • Manage a varied caseload of property disputes, including commercial and residential landlord & tenant matters
  • Handle lease renewals under the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954, dilapidations and possession proceedings
  • Advise on disputes between adjoining owners, boundary issues, nuisance, trespass and restrictive covenants
  • Work on disputes involving developers and those affected by development plans
  • Advise on long residential leases, including lease extensions, enfranchisement and rights of first refusal
  • Collaborate closely with commercial and residential property teams, providing in‑house support
  • Stay up to date with developments in property and contract law

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with strong experience in property litigation
  • Minimum 5 years’ PQE, though the firm is open to a Partner for those with the right expertise
  • Strong background in landlord & tenant disputes (commercial and residential)
  • Experience with adjoining owner disputes essential
  • Long lease experience desirable (training available)
  • Excellent communicator with strong negotiation skills
  • Confident working independently and collaboratively
