The Demand Manager (DM) is responsible for driving the end-to-end Demand Management Framework (Discover, Plan, Execute, Steer) to ensure pipeline health and support sellers in achieving bookings targets. Acting as the single point of contact for Demand Generation best practices, the DM consolidates the One DG Action Plan and aligns Target Account Lists, Demand Programs, and Sales Plays across all demand sources, including Marketing, Digital Hub, Partners, Corporate CS&D, Enterprise Sales, and Customer Engagement. The role also leads regular steering forums and planning summits to review performance, reprioritize initiatives, and reallocate resources to maximize business outcomes.

- Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent); MBA/Master’s degree preferred.
- Approximately 10+ years of professional business experience, ideally in enterprise software sales, sales enablement (e.g., Center of Excellence, Industry Value Engineering, Sales Operations, Pre-sales, Marketing).
- 3+ years of SAP experience desirable; Cloud experience in a B2B environment advantageous.
- Proven leadership in driving results within virtual teams; fluent in English.

As Demand Manager For UKI You Will
- Deliver operational demand management for assigned UK & Ireland (UKI) focus areas, supporting the Head of Demand Management in strategy execution, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
- Orchestrate the Demand Management Framework (DMF) end-to-end — Discover, Plan, Execute, and Steer — for your focus areas. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to align expectations and timelines, enforce accountability, and ensure delivery against agreed milestones.
- Serve as the single point of contact for Demand Generation (DG) best practices within your domain. Consolidate the One DG Action Plan, align Target Account Lists and Demand Programs/Sales Plays, and drive execution across Sources of Demand (SoDs — Marketing, Digital Hub, Partners, Sales, Services, and Customer Engagement).
- Own pipeline health for your focus areas — creation, progression, and conversion — ensuring sellers can achieve bookings targets. Maintain and update demand reporting and dashboards to provide accurate, timely insights that support prioritization and decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to enhance pipeline attainment and process efficiency; design and support implementation of practical solutions, tooling improvements, and standard operating procedures.
- Coach and guide business stakeholders on demand processes and best practices; drive adoption and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to elevate demand management maturity across UKI.
