Description:

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Engineer with a proven track record in end-to-end rocket design and development. The ideal candidate will possess not only technical expertise but also exceptional leadership skills to manage cross-functional engineering teams and inspire excellence in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

As Chief Engineer, your primary mission is to advance the initial prototype design to full-scale development, testing, and successful launch within a two-year timeframe.

Reporting directly to the C-suite, you will lead a team of 6 managers covering Propulsion, Fluids, Operations, Mission Analysis, Structural/Mechanical, Test, and Systems. Under your direct reports, a broader engineering team of around 90 individuals will execute the vision you set forth.
