The ideal candidate will have:

5+ years of design management experience in the roofing and cladding industry.

A proven track record of delivering successful and award-winning designs for complex projects.

In-depth expertise in roof geometry, drainage systems, cladding systems, and thermal performance principles.

Impeccable communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

High-level proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.

The drive and focus to excel under pressure, managing multiple projects concurrently.

A passion for continuous learning and development. (Ideally with a professional body membership like CIAT or RIBA!)
