Desktop Support Engineers

Description:

We're looking for talented and motivated Desktop Support Engineers to join our team. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, providing technical support and helping to deliver solutions that make a real difference for our clients.

You'll support a broad range of technologies and work with teams across the business to resolve incidents, troubleshoot issues and fulfil service requests. As one of the first points of contact for users, you'll handle IT queries via phone, email, live chat and instant messaging, so you'll need to be comfortable speaking with people at all levels and delivering a professional support experience.

We're looking for individuals who enjoy solving problems, have a genuine desire to help others and can explain technical issues in a clear and straightforward way, whether they're speaking to a technical or non-technical audience. Relevant offshore certification, or a willingness to undertake the certification, would be beneficial but is not essential.

If you enjoy working in a supportive team environment, are keen to develop your skills and want to be part of a business that values its people, we'd love to hear from you.
