I am supporting a global digital consultancy within the strategy, innovation, and transformation space. They have a long history of advising clients and supporting businesses with significant change, from strategy to execution, totally focused on results.

They are currently looking for a Director to help lead HR & Payroll Transformation, working to win, deliver and lead large programmes of work, and help drive growth in the practice.

The successful Direcor will have the following background:

• Extensive experience working with executive leadership to shape HR and Payroll transformations through the use of cloud technologies and tools enabled by AI/RPA and Machine Learning.
• A thought leader within the global mobility space with an good understanding around payroll.
• Previous experience working within a consultancy.
• Previous sales experience commercialising £multi-million of business p.a.
