Description:
The RCMJD is seeking to engage an experienced and highly-skilled conductor or string player to direct the RCMJD String orchestra and our flagship RCMJD Chamber orchestras.
We Are Looking For Candidates With The Following Attributes
- You should be an experienced and respected conductor or experienced orchestral violinist
- You will be conducting/directing gifted and talented students aged between 11 and 18, so relevant conducting/directing experience at this level is essential
- You should understand the particular demands of the music profession whilst striving to help each student reach the fullness of their own potential.
