WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Ideally, 10 years experience, but a proven track record is more desirable.
• Needs a strong existing client base and understanding of the industry.
• Must have a large-scale residential background, working with PLCs and SMEs.
• Must have master planning experience.
• People skills – Internally & Externally
• A leader, not a boss/hands-on director - (Not a benchwarmer)
• Three C's - Confidence, Communication & Creativity
• Sees the benefit of our ambitious growth plans; we are more than an architectural practice.
• Understands the balance of business & architecture.
• Desire to set up, operate & lead a new location.
