The Role

You will operate as a senior leader within the valuation team, delivering across a diverse portfolio while driving growth and maintaining exceptional standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading complex valuation instructions across commercial, residential, industrial, and mixed-use assets
• Acting as a trusted advisor to key clients including lenders, developers, and property companies
• Providing strategic oversight and ensuring full compliance with RICS Red Book standards
• Driving business development and identifying new revenue opportunities
• Collaborating with wider business lines including Capital Markets and Agency
• Mentoring and developing junior professionals, building a high-performing team culture
• Delivering clear, insightful valuation reports and presenting advice to clients
• Monitoring market trends and providing informed commentary to clients and stakeholders
• Supporting business planning, team growth, and financial forecasting

About You

You are a commercially minded valuation professional with the credibility and ambition to operate at Director level. You will bring:

• MRICS or FRICS qualification and Registered Valuer status
• Strong experience delivering Red Book Valuations across lending, development, and investment assets
• A proven ability to manage client relationships and win new business
• Excellent report writing and communication skills
• A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to property challenges
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple high-value instructions
