Booker Group, the UK’s leading food and drink wholesaler, is hiring a Picker/Driver to join their team in Watford. This role provides the opportunity to become a permanent team member and join Booker’s first-class driver academy, enabling career progression within the business.

As a Picker, you will support the delivered operation by accurately picking and dispatching goods using a hand-held terminal, ensuring quality checks on shelf life and packaging robustness for delivery. The role requires excellent customer service skills to efficiently process deliveries, respond politely to queries or complaints, and escalate complex issues appropriately.

Occasionally, you will provide cover for van drivers, so a full driving license is essential. A “can-do” attitude, passion for customer service, punctuality, and professional presentation are key requirements.
