Early Careers Advisor

Description:

Price Bailey, a leading firm of chartered accountants and business advisors, is seeking a highly motivated Early Careers Advisor to join its HR team on a 9-month maternity cover contract. This role provides an exciting opportunity to lead the recruitment and development of the firm’s next generation of talent, focusing on school leavers, graduates, and placement students.

Working closely with the HR and Resourcing teams, the Early Careers Advisor will play a pivotal role in attracting, selecting, and supporting new trainees while also contributing to experienced hire recruitment and wider HR projects during quieter periods of the trainee recruitment cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for school leavers, graduates, and placement students.

• Collaborate with Marketing to design and deliver engaging early careers campaigns.

• Build strong relationships with schools, universities, and academies to promote Price Bailey as an employer of choice.

• Organise and attend careers fairs, using current trainees as ambassadors to inspire future applicants.

• Manage selection processes including assessment centres, ensuring inclusive and effective hiring practices.

• Work with internal stakeholders, including Professional Studies teams, to ensure smooth onboarding and trainee support.

• Support with experienced hire recruitment and wider HR project work when required.
