Smile Education is recruiting for a welcoming primary school in the Denton area of Greater Manchester, part of the Enquire Learning Trust, looking for a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their Early Years team.

📍 Denton, Greater Manchester
📅 Start: September 2026
💼 Full-Time | Long-Term
💷 £95–£110 per day, dependent on experience

🧸 What we're looking for:
✅ Level 3 Early Years qualification or recognised equivalent
✅ Minimum 6 months' UK experience working with children
✅ Previous Early Years experience
✅ Good understanding of the EYFS
✅ Experience supporting learning through play
✅ A warm, patient and nurturing approach
✅ Strong understanding of children's development
✅ Ability to support children's communication, language and social development
✅ Confidence supporting children's individual needs
✅ Strong teamwork and communication skills
✅ Commitment to safeguarding and child wellbeing
✅ Right to work in the UK
