Electrical Construction Manager

Description:

We are working with a leading M&E contractor with a turnover of £300m and a strong national presence across sectors who require 2x electrical construction managers to join their London business unit to work on a very notable £27m M&E commercial shell & core and cat A fit fit out project or a notable data centre in West London.

Reporting to a senior electrical project manager you will join a talented team from the very beginning of the project and have an overview of particular mechanical packages tasked with managing the specialist subcontractors through to PC.

Duties
 

• Reporting into an Electrical Project Manager
• Attendance of meetings on-site and in the office
• Oversee sub - contractors
• Must have experience within Residential projects
• Dealing with sub - contractors
• Reporting into clients, keeping the client up to date with progress reports
• Must have experience within QA works and experience in EDM systems Requirements
• SMSTS/ CSCS Black Card is needed
• Working for a M&E sub - contractor is preferred
• Has experience within Residential projects
• Previous experience as a mechanical Manager
• Stable CV
