Electrical Design Engineer

Looking for an Electrical Design Engineer to join a building services consultancy in Bristol, that are looking to grow their team due to continued growth.

This is a chance to work on interesting projects. From schools and leisure facilities to conservation and reuse of historic buildings. All with a focus on low-energy, sustainable design.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠:
◾ Design electrical systems (power, lighting, data, fire alarms, security etc.)
◾ Collaborating with mechanical engineers and wider project teams.
◾ Delivering sustainable designs, from Passivhaus to BREEAM.
◾ Carry out energy, lighting, and performance analysis to inform designs
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫:
◽ 2–5 years’ experience in electrical building services design
◽ Degree in Electrical/Building Services Engineering (BEng, MEng or similar)
◽ Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and good knowledge of UK standards
◽ A passion for sustainable design and innovative engineering
