A market-leading boutique employment practice with an international presence is looking for an Associate (ideally 1-3PQE in the UK). This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and successful practice. The role will be predominantly focused on advisory and contentious work, with minimal transaction support work – typically for Financial Services clients.

There are a multitude of benefits pertaining to this role which include strong succession planning opportunities in the team, a very flexible working from home policy, and no official target hours.

Ideal Candidate:

• Ideally, this person would have FS experience, as this makes up a large part of their client base, but this is not a necessity.
• Ideally, you will have trained at a top 100 UK/AMLaw firm (also open to candidates from an in-house background – particularly those from the Financial Services sector).
• Candidates must have experience on all aspects of employment law.
• Candidates must be UK Qualified and have the right to work in the UK.
