Employment Lawyer

Description:

Pinsent Masons is seeking an Employment Lawyer to join their Employment & Reward Group. This role is ideal for candidates with 2-7 years PQE, experienced in commercial employment law and high-level strategic advice. The group acts as a trusted advisor to leading FTSE blue-chip companies and international clients, providing guidance on daily employment issues, cross-border matters, executive employment, reward strategies, and high-value litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on strategic employment law matters, complex grievances, and high-value employment litigation.

• Support cross-border issues, global mobility, and executive-level employment matters.

• Assist clients with M&A and outsourcing-related employment law issues.

• Provide practical, commercially aware solutions for clients while maintaining strong technical legal expertise.

• Collaborate with colleagues across UK offices and international teams.

• Contribute to team growth and participate in multi-disciplinary cross-office initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years PQE in employment law within a commercial practice.

• Experience in employment tribunal claims, discrimination and whistleblowing complaints, senior executive employment, restructuring, and redundancy.

• Technically strong with a commercially aware mindset.

• Strong academic background and excellent communication skills.

• Team player with ability to develop client relationships and work across offices.
