Description:
Pinsent Masons is seeking an Employment Lawyer to join their Employment & Reward Group. This role is ideal for candidates with 2-7 years PQE, experienced in commercial employment law and high-level strategic advice. The group acts as a trusted advisor to leading FTSE blue-chip companies and international clients, providing guidance on daily employment issues, cross-border matters, executive employment, reward strategies, and high-value litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise on strategic employment law matters, complex grievances, and high-value employment litigation.
Support cross-border issues, global mobility, and executive-level employment matters.
Assist clients with M&A and outsourcing-related employment law issues.
Provide practical, commercially aware solutions for clients while maintaining strong technical legal expertise.
Collaborate with colleagues across UK offices and international teams.
Contribute to team growth and participate in multi-disciplinary cross-office initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 years PQE in employment law within a commercial practice.
Experience in employment tribunal claims, discrimination and whistleblowing complaints, senior executive employment, restructuring, and redundancy.
Technically strong with a commercially aware mindset.
Strong academic background and excellent communication skills.
Team player with ability to develop client relationships and work across offices.
