Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on major infrastructure and energy project financings.

• Support transactions across renewables, oil and gas, social housing, and utilities.

• Work with lenders, sponsors, investors, and developers.

• Handle cross-border and international deals.

• Draft and negotiate a broad range of finance documentation.

• Collaborate with colleagues across the UK and international offices.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified 0-2 years PQE in Scotland or England & Wales.

• Strong interest in finance and infrastructure work.

• Excellent drafting and analytical skills.

• Confident client communication and team player.

• Commercial awareness and eagerness to grow in a fast-paced specialist team.
