Employment Specialist

If you are in a client facing role, then you already have some key transferable skills that would make you a brilliant Employment Specialist. These include:
 

• Experience of working with clients with complex needs
• Experience of working within the homelessness sector and enabling clients to move on into sustainable housing
• The ability to work in a multi-agency approach way, liaising with probation, social care services, local councils, and authorities etc.
• Experience of working with (or knowledge of) the benefits system
