End Point Assessor

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver End Point Assessments (EPA) with integrity, approachability, and resourcefulness.

• Work closely with apprentices and employers to plan, execute, and report on assessments.

• Make independent and fair judgments on apprenticeship standards and overall grades according to grading criteria.

• Maintain sector knowledge and carry out administrative tasks related to EPA.

• Help learners improve their prospects while supporting the organisation’s growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in logistics or warehousing, particularly in a central sortation hub distributing goods with couriers or postal services.

• An Assessor qualification.

• Passion and hands-on experience in Express Delivery.

• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

• Familiarity with MS Office and other IT systems (training on EPAPro will be provided).
