Enterprise Account Manager

 

Description:

The Enterprise Account Manager will act as the primary relationship owner for key enterprise customers, ensuring they achieve maximum value from the services they receive while identifying opportunities to expand partnerships.

Role Highlights
 

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across enterprise client accounts
  • Lead regular service reviews and strategic account meetings
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer relationships
  • Collaborate with consultants, architects and delivery teams to ensure exceptional service
  • Manage contract renewals while improving customer engagement and satisfaction
     

You Will Need
 

  • Experience in enterprise account management within cloud, SaaS, or managed services
  • Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders at multiple levels
  • A proven history of growing customer accounts and delivering revenue expansion
  • Confident negotiation and contract management experience
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and organisational skills
