Entertainments Team Leader

Description:

We are looking for a thrill obsessed Entertainments Team Leader who can lead the department and that drives standards of our performers, to deliver compelling entertainment for guests who visit the Park. Team Leaders will ensure each performer's conduct and that any routines align with the department standards that follow strict health & safety procedures. You will work very closely with all your team and will be interacting with the park guests daily, helping to bring an immersive experience to some of our offerings.

Responsibilities
 

• Supervising your given attractions, along with training staff when required.
• Managing poor performance to ensure high standards are upheld as well as keeping the team motivated
• Deliver a variety of exciting immersive entertainment: roaming, scripted characters & scare acting.
• Immersive attractions with thrilling scripts and characters to our actor-led experiences.
• Be a role model for exceptional guest experience through performance and must consistently seek new ways to create magical moments for our guests.
• You will be guest facing and be willing to interact with guests at every available opportunity.
• This role may include the following environments: Tight spaces, Lone working, dimly lit areas, flashing lights and sound in an attraction-based role.

• Have strong communication and time management skills.
• Have experience in people managing.
• Have strong operational knowledge.
• Have duty manager/relevant experience.
• Have an awareness of theme park daily operation and the Entertainments industry.
• Have fully flexible availability.
