Lead the future of End User Computing for a large, technically advanced facilities management company based in Glasgow, supporting colleagues and customers across the UK. We're looking for an experienced EUC Team Leader to lead, develop, and inspire our End User Compute team. This is a key leadership role within IT Operations, responsible for delivering high-quality, customer-focused EUC services while helping shape the future of workplace technology across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of EUC engineers/technicians, fostering a high-performing, customer-focused culture
• Oversee day-to-day delivery of End User Computing services, ensuring reliability and a great colleague experience
• Support the wider IT Operations function in driving operational efficiency and cyber resilience
• Help shape the future direction of workplace technology across the business
   

Skills & Experience
 

• Proven experience in an EUC or IT Operations environment, with prior team leadership or mentoring experience (management title not required)
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving technology environment
