As the Finance Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance, providing strategic insights, and partnering with key stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with operational teams to develop and execute financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Provide financial guidance and support to department heads and business leaders.
- Conduct financial analysis and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Develop and maintain financial models, ensuring accuracy and reliability of data.
- Analyse and interpret financial trends, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports, board presentations, and other financial documentation.
- Support business case development for new initiatives, including financial modeling and analysis.
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics and KPIs, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
What are we looking for?
- Ideally CIMA, ACA or ACCA qualified or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and business optimization.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends and industry dynamics.
- Proficiency in financial systems and software (e.g., ERP, financial planning tools).
