Your core focus will be on delivering meaningful analysis, reporting, and performance metrics that align with the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic advisor to non-financial departments, offering insights and recommendations that drive performance and business growth.

• Deliver comprehensive and insightful management reporting and financial analysis across the business.

• Lead and support budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with multiple business units.

• Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance financial performance and optimize cost structures.

• Translate complex financial data into accessible information for stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding at all levels.

Candidate Profile:

• Demonstrated success in a Finance Business Partnering role, ideally within a fast-paced or complex operational environment.

• Strong experience collaborating with functions such as operations, marketing, or sales to influence strategic decisions.

• Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.

• Fully or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience considered.

• High proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial reporting systems.
