Finance Director

We are currently recruiting for a recognised IT managed service provider for the role Finance Director. This is a great opportunity to join a leading provider who provides IT services to global clients. The role offers the chance to shape financial direction and support continued growth in a collaborative, insight-driven environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Shaping the business’s strategic direction and growth plans
• Leading the finance team across the following functions; management accounts, board reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, KPIs), cash flow oversight, tax, payroll, bookkeeping, and project profitability analysis
• Overseeing stakeholder relationships and ensuring strong, effective communication across key internal and external partners
• Recruiting, mentoring, and managing finance team members to ensure high performance and professional development
• Delivering training, conducting performance reviews, maintaining motivation, and supporting employee well-being
• Fostering a collaborative team culture while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures

Main Skills/ Requirements:

• Certified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified)
• Proven track record in mergers and acquisitions
• Experience leading a finance team
