Finance Graduate Programme

RWE is seeking motivated graduates to join their Finance Graduate Programme starting September 2026 in Swindon, UK. This two-year programme offers exposure across key financial functions including Controlling, Risk Management, Accounting, Planning & Reporting, Economic Evaluation, Portfolio Management, and Investor Relations. Graduates will take on meaningful responsibilities from day one and develop the skills and insights required to shape a career as a finance professional within a global energy company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete four six-month rotations across finance functions of choice

• Gain hands-on experience in Controlling, Risk Management, Accounting, Planning & Reporting, Economic Evaluation, Portfolio Management, Investor Relations, and more

• Contribute to meaningful financial decision-making and reporting

• Apply knowledge of finance, accounting standards (IFRS/IAS, HGB), and analytical techniques

• Participate in development programs, networking events, and mentorship opportunities

Requirements / Skills:

• Above-average degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Maths, Statistics, or a related field (ideally with Finance/Accounting/Controlling focus)

• Strong analytical skills and resilience

• Motivation to take on new challenges independently and in teams

• Collaborative and curious mindset with drive to find solutions

• Fluent English

• Knowledge of IFRS/IAS and HGB (desirable)

• Eligible to work in the UK
