With a client portfolio that includes elite Quant/Hedge Funds, Investment Banks, Software Development Firms, Prop Trading Firms, Systematic Traders, Diversified Trading Firms, and award-winning Startups, this is a fantastic opportunity to work within a high-value, lucrative market.

You’ll be supported by a globally respected brand and given the flexibility to build your own desk and even your own team, while earning some of the highest commissions in the industry (up to 45%).

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle (360) recruitment: sourcing, qualifying, and placing top-tier talent

• Develop and manage client relationships within the private sector, particularly in finance and technology

• Generate and pursue business opportunities through market intelligence and networking

• Deliver client-focused solutions with integrity and professionalism

• Build and manage a high-performance desk with autonomy and strategic input

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in 360 recruitment, preferably in the finance or technology sector

• Demonstrated business development and account management success

• Strong networking and lead generation capabilities

• Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset
