Operations Analyst - Finance
Loan and Credit focus products.
What you'll do:
- Manage asset allocation, facility drawdowns, and cash management functions to ensure optimal liquidity across all product and business areas.
- Prepare and monitor compliance certificates, monthly servicer reports, and provide support with monthly management accounts.
- Present reports to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Act as a point of contact for external stakeholders including auditors, cash managers, senior finance providers, and standby servicers.
- Work closely with internal departments to identify efficiencies in operational processes.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new financing partners, ensuring compliance with KYC and other regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all third party interactions and transactions.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in capital markets operations, treasury management or a similar middle office role.
- Understanding of financial markets and investment products across various asset classes.
- Proficient in financial reporting.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on relationship management.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
