Financial Systems Accountants

Description:

Our global NetSuite is looking for a NetSuite Financials Systems Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis to help bridge the gap between finance and IT. You will be working with the Finance team to aid with day-to-day admin/BAU work, as well as aiding with the optimisation of their current NetSuite setup. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to grow into a role, as there is a future project pipeline for an ERP global rollout.

Skill set:

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, etc)
• 2-3 years NetSuite experience
• Strong core financials exposure (O2C P2P, R2R)
• Administrator exposure: troubleshooting, adding users, dashboards
• Functional skill set: workflows, saved searches and reports
• Great documentation skills and the ability to train users

Responsibilities:

• Daily admin tasks: troubleshooting, adding users, dashboards
• Aiding with AP and AR when needed
• Optimisation of their current system.
• Led or assist with systems upgrades
• Communications with third parties
• NSPB exposure would be a bonus
