Join an established food business as Engineering Shift Manager to lead the Engineering team and drive efficient factory operations!

We seek an experienced Engineer with strong leadership skills to meet targets and objectives, focusing on developing the engineering team and driving engineering excellence.

Delivering the maintenance strategy across site, your duties will include scheduling PPMs, breakdown duties and general maintenance work across the plant.

To be considered for this role you will need demonstrated leadership qualities to inspire and motivate teams and a background in food manufacturing/FMCG – this role would suit an Engineering Team Leader or Supervisor looking to step up or someone who is already at the level.

You’ll need to have excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities and be proficient in Lean Manufacturing to foster a culture of Continuous Improvement.
