This freelance opportunity is ideal for independent IT professionals who enjoy hands-on troubleshooting, working with end users, and resolving a variety of hardware, software, and network-related issues.

The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Windows environments, Office 365, and VPN connectivity, with strong familiarity in managing tickets through platforms like ServiceNow or Jira. A proactive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a professional approach to on-site client engagement are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver on-site support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues promptly and efficiently

• Manage tickets using tools such as ServiceNow or Jira

• Support Office 365, Active Directory, and VPN connectivity

• Set up user workstations, meeting rooms, and ensure seamless tech operations

• Communicate clearly with end users and deliver exceptional customer service

• Operate independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT Support (L1–L2; L3 is a bonus)

• Strong technical proficiency in Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, VPNs

• Hands-on experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms

• Excellent communication, professionalism, and problem-solving abilities

• Driver’s license and personal transport are preferred

• Flexibility for urgent or short-notice assignments
