An award-winning creative recruitment consultancy is looking to hire two experienced Temp/Freelance Recruitment Consultants to specialize in Marketing or Creative recruitment. The focus will be on placing talent into vibrant industries such as Beauty, Fashion, Retail, Travel, and Leisure. This opportunity offers a mature, collaborative work environment, warm client desks with exciting brands, and a high degree of autonomy.

As part of a growing and passionate team, you will play a 360-recruitment role with access to high-profile clients like Jo Malone, Expedia, Ted Baker, Formula 1, Thorntons, and Ralph Lauren. The company provides a hybrid working model (3 days in-office, potentially moving to 2), with excellent commissions and growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a full 360 temp/freelance recruitment desk in marketing or creative sectors.

• Develop client and candidate relationships in a consultative and strategic manner.

• Source, interview, and place freelance or temporary talent into client roles.

• Engage in business development to build and expand client networks.

• Work with an active client base and warm desk from day one.

• Generate leads and build a profitable desk using proactive methods.

• Collaborate with other consultants and contribute to a supportive team culture.

Key Requirements:

• Proven success as a Temp/Freelance Recruiter, ideally within Marketing, Creative, or Office Support.

• Ability to grow and manage a temp desk.

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and networking skills.

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working in a professional, grown-up setting.

• Familiarity with creative industries and brands is a plus.

Benefits:

• Basic salary up to £45000

• OTE £80000+
