This part-time, remote role offers flexible hours and significant growth potential for someone eager to make an impact in the fashion newsletter space. The role involves editing copy, creating visuals, and driving strategy to engage readers and boost affiliate revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the editing, copy, visuals, and strategy of the weekly shopping column

• Curate a selection of fashion drops, from major brands to independent labels

• Write sharp, original commentary on fashion items, avoiding generic copy

• Use Canva to create editorial-quality graphics that complement the content

• Monitor fashion trends, consumer shifts, and reader behavior to optimize content for clicks and conversions

• Contribute ideas to grow the subscriber base and increase affiliate and subscription revenue

Must Haves:

• Deep immersion in the fashion zeitgeist, with knowledge of brands, designers, and trends

• A clear editorial point of view and strong critical thinking skills

• Passion for styling and getting dressed, with a natural ability to think in terms of complete outfits

• Ability to create compelling, non-generic content that resonates with a high-spending audience

• Familiarity with the fashion and beauty Substack ecosystem is a plus

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in creating visually appealing graphics with Canva
