🚨 FREELANCE SITE MANAGER 

📍 Location: Glasgow 

Clarkson Owens Recruitment is working with an established commercial fit-out contractor seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager for a short-term assignment commencing 9th November.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a commercial fit-out/refurbishment project, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.

The Role:
Oversee daily site operations and subcontractor coordination
Manage project programmes, quality and health & safety
Coordinate specialist trades, including joinery, partitions, ceilings and M&E
Liaise with project teams and client representatives
Manage site logistics, materials and deliveries
Oversee snagging and successful project handover

What We're Looking For:
✅ Proven experience managing commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects
✅ Strong subcontractor coordination and programme management skills
✅ Ability to take ownership of a project and deliver to tight deadlines
✅ SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid essential
✅ Available from 9th November through to 18th December
