Major Players, a leading creative and marketing talent agency, is partnering with a dynamic creative agency in the entertainment space to hire a German-speaking Social Account Director. This is a freelance opportunity for an experienced and strategic client lead who thrives in fast-paced, content-driven environments. The ideal candidate will manage key client relationships and drive integrated social media campaigns for major entertainment brands.

You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team including producers, creatives, content managers, and designers. The focus will be on executing impactful paid, organic, and influencer campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitch. This is a strategic, hands-on role perfect for someone with strong leadership, fluency in German, and a deep understanding of the social and entertainment landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Leadership: Serve as the main point of contact for key client(s), building trusted relationships that foster retention and growth.

• Campaign Oversight: Strategize and deliver creative social media campaigns with clear performance metrics.

• KPI Management: Define and measure success criteria in alignment with client and internal objectives.

• Social Media Expertise: Lead the development and delivery of paid, organic, and influencer-led social campaigns.

• Creative Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with production, design, events, and brand partnerships teams.

• Team Mentorship: Coach and develop junior team members, ensuring they have the support and tools to grow.

• Commercial Strategy: Ensure activities align with client business goals and drive measurable impact.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 6 years of agency experience, ideally managing high-profile social media accounts.

• Fluent in German and English (written and verbal).

• Deep platform expertise in Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitch.

• Strong understanding of pop culture, entertainment, and content trends.

• Experience mentoring junior team members and managing client expectations.

• Problem-solver with agility in dynamic, high-pressure environments.

• Confident in working with limited support and leading integrated campaigns.
