PROJECT COORDINATORS WANTED | HOSPITALITY & CONSTRUCTION FIT-OUT | LONDON

I’m still looking for two fantastic Project Coordinators to join a growing, client-side Project Management consultancy in Waterloo, London.

This is a really lovely opportunity for someone who enjoys the construction side of things, loves being organised and wants to develop their career within project management.

One really important requirement — you MUST have experience in construction or interior fit-out projects within hospitality, ideally restaurants, cafés, hotels, bars or food & beverage spaces.

We’re looking for someone who’s been involved in the actual delivery of these projects, rather than someone with general hospitality or administrative experience.

Ideally, you’ll have experience in some of the following:

• Supporting Project Managers with construction or fit-out projects

• Coordinating contractors, suppliers and site meetings

• Procurement, tenders, project documentation and cost tracking

• Updating project programmes and keeping deadlines on track

• Supporting projects through to snagging, handover and completion

You don’t need to be a fully fledged Project Manager. Someone with a solid foundation in hospitality construction who wants to learn, develop and progress would be ideal.
