Fundraising And Corporate Relationship Manager

Description:

In this role you will contribute to our mission by developing and delivering a fundraising plan to align with our social, charitable and audience development goals.

You will be responsible for engaging local organisations and businesses in our training and developing a revenue from this.

You will work with the CEO to grow our range of services for sale and guide the development of these services to ensure they are optimised for our target audiences.

You will be instrumental in the development and launch of our ‘Autism Inclusion committed’ framework and ensuring it is successful as a revenue stream.

You will work with the Marketing Manager to create a donor database and communications plan to ensure donors are engaged with the charity.

You will work with our Marketing Manager and CEO to ensure that our communications are aligned to our growth strategy and key objectives.

You will deliver a target annual revenue for the charity.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a fundraising plan with agreed revenue targets
• Conduct customer research into our target business audiences to help develop a range of products and services to sell
• Develop a profile for target businesses in the County
• Contact businesses to engage them in our products and services
• Provide our training team with a pipeline of scheduled events for training delivery
• Launch our accreditation scheme to make our County more Autism friendly
• Attend Chamber of Commerce events to promote our services
• Conduct local business networking, building contacts and attending suitable events
• Create new opportunities for EnFold to sell their services eg pop-up events, nominated charity, fundraising etc
• Optimise existing events to increase revenue eg EnFest
• Work with the Marketing Manager to ensure fundraising events are optimised
• Develop a volunteer programme to increase our capacity at events and increase engagement.
• Create a donor database and work with the Marketing Manager to engage and develop this audience
• Create new long term giving opportunities
• Optimise the opportunities offered by platforms such as JustGiving
• Apply for grants, match giving, partner charity and other opportunities
• Identify new fundraising opportunities, such as merchandise, sponsorship, awards and other events
