Proven experience in senior HR leadership roles in London, preferably within global or industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding of UK HR policies, employment laws, and HR best practices
- Lead Recruitment & Talent Acquisition for diverse business functions.
- Provide strategic HR partnership and advisory support to top management.
- Ensure compliance with UK Labour Laws , social security, and other statutory norms.
- Foster strong employee relations and engagement across all levels.
- Champion Employer Branding and digital HR initiatives to enhance efficiency and connect.
- Manage Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and oversee complete payroll operations.
- Drive Learning & Development (L&D) programs with measurable business impact.
- Implement effective Performance Management Systems to build a high-performance culture.
- Oversee HR Operations, Administration, and Legal Compliance (UK/EU).
- Lead Organizational Development (OD), Workforce Planning, and HR Analytics.
- Promote Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with the India HR team for alignment on global HR initiatives.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance business needs and people priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
