Description:

An exciting opportunity is available for three experienced General Practitioners (VR) to join a modern and fast-growing medical practice in Banksia Grove, a thriving northern suburb of Perth, Western Australia. This role is ideal for GPs seeking a high-earning potential, flexibility in remuneration models, and a supportive pathway to practice ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive general practice consultations (15-minute standard appointments).

• Conduct patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.

• Participate in evening shifts (until 10pm) on Mondays and Fridays, shared on a rotating basis.

• Weekend rotations (1 Saturday & 1 Sunday per month, evenly shared among doctors).

• Collaborate with nurses and a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Engage in training for ADHD, ASD, and mental health assessments.

• Support infusion clinic services (IV cannulation preferred but not mandatory).

Contract Terms:

• Four-year exclusive contract.

• 10km non-compete zone applies for six months post-resignation.

• Flexible remuneration options: salary, guaranteed daily rate, or percentage-based billings.

Candidate Requirements:

• Fellowship with FRACGP, FRNZCGP, or equivalent specialist GP qualification.

• Eligibility for AHPRA registration (international candidates must qualify via Competent Authority Pathway or AMC).

• Open to GPs with certifications from the UK, Ireland, Philippines, USA, Netherlands, or Spain.

• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centred care.
