What We're Looking For:
A degree with a 2:1 or above classification from a Top 40 league table university
GCSE and A-level results of grade B and above
Professional with leadership potential
Analytical and comfortable with numbers and data
Proactive attitude with a quick and willing learning approach
Strong ability to create and maintain positive working relationships
Creative problem solver, time-efficient, and adaptable to change
