Graduate Recruitment Consultant

What Does This Role Involve?
- Discovering and headhunting high-calibre candidates for mid-senior level and retained roles.
- Business development and forging relationships with clients across your market globally. This is a client-facing role with a lot of autonomy. You’ll be responsible not only for bringing in and attracting clients, but also for managing accounts once they are onboarded.
- Managing the entire candidate journey. That's everything from screening and interviewing candidates, to providing interview feedback, negotiating offers, and delivering outcomes.
- Becoming the go-to expert in your market. We work in one of the most exciting markets globally, and you’ll quickly develop deep expertise in your area.
