Graduate Rf Systems Engineer

Description:

Our client, a fast-growing tech company in Edinburgh, is looking for a Graduate RF Systems Engineer to help develop a next-generation phased array antenna platform for satellite communications, with future applications in 5G and 6G.

You’ll work across requirements capture, board-level RF design, testing, debugging, and algorithm development, gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge hardware and lab equipment.

You’ll need
 

• BEng/MEng in Electrical Engineering or related
• Knowledge of RF and microwave principles
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
   

Nice to have
 

• Experience with RF simulation tools such as ADS, CST, or SystemVue
• PCB design experience in Altium
• Programming in Python, Matlab, or GNU Octave
