This role offers a supportive training environment and is ideal for graduates starting their career in Urban Design, Planning, Architecture, or related fields.

As a Graduate Urban Designer, you will work closely with the design team delivering consultancy services on a wide range of projects, including conceptual urban design, planning work, feasibility studies, master planning, development briefs, and design strategies. These projects span various sectors such as residential, health, education, retail, energy, leisure, and employment. This position provides valuable experience and exposure across multiple sectors and clients to support your professional development.

What We Are Looking For:

• Candidates holding an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Urban Design, Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related subject.

• Graduates who demonstrate logical and analytical thinking, excellent problem-solving, and strong communication skills.

• Ability to use initiative and think creatively outside the box.

• Work experience in Urban Design or Architecture is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided on the job through the Graduate Training Scheme.

• Note: The company cannot support work sponsored visas due to recent Government legislation changes.
