Graphic Designer

Description:

Williams Lea, a leading global provider of business-critical support services, is hiring a Graphic Designer to join their Leeds-based team, supporting a prominent global law firm client. This is a full-time, hybrid, and permanent position offering a rare opportunity to work in a highly professional and fast-paced environment with high-impact projects. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 3 PM to 11 PM (40 hours/week).

As a senior-level designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling, brand-consistent presentations, pitch decks, infographics, and marketing materials primarily using Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite. This role demands excellent creative judgment, precision, and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver polished, visually engaging PowerPoint presentations with advanced animation and multimedia integration

• Develop marketing collateral and support visuals using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator

• Ensure all design output adheres strictly to brand, legal, and industry standards

• Advise clients on design best practices, timelines, and branding

• Collaborate closely with clients and internal creative teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand content

• Perform image editing, photo optimization, and design artwork tasks

• Maintain project timelines and quality control standards across multiple ongoing deliverables

• Act as a trusted creative advisor, bringing innovative storytelling and visual communication techniques to the table

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Design or a related field

• Essential: Proficiency in French and/or German

• Desirable: Skills in Mandarin and/or Arabic

• Expert-level experience with PowerPoint, including animations, transitions, and embedded media

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud – especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

• Strong skills in layout design, typography, and digital storytelling

• Experience creating/editing interactive PDFs

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently, proactively solve problems, and manage time effectively

• Meticulous attention to detail and high standards of quality control
