Description:
Williams Lea, a leading global provider of technology-enabled business support services for top-tier law firms, investment banks, and professional services, is hiring a Designer to join their Leeds-based hybrid team. The successful candidate will support a high-profile global law firm client by creating visually compelling, brand-consistent presentations and design assets across a variety of formats.
This senior-level role primarily involves advanced work in Microsoft PowerPoint, including custom animations, transitions, and multimedia elements. In addition, the designer will utilize Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) to deliver professional-grade visual assets such as pitch decks, proposals, infographics, and marketing materials. The role demands creativity, precision, and the ability to deliver consistently high-quality results under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Create high-impact presentations using advanced PowerPoint features, including animation and multimedia
Develop supporting assets using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Edit images, optimize visuals, and format interactive PDFs for internal and client-facing use
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining brand compliance and meeting strict deadlines
Provide creative direction and best-practice advice for visual communication and storytelling
Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of accuracy, consistency, and design quality
Build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, offering design solutions and insights
Conduct final quality checks to ensure work is error-free and meets brand standards
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field
Proven experience in senior-level presentation or graphic design roles
Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
Excellent skills in typography, layout, visual storytelling, and design consistency
Experience creating interactive PDFs and conducting image edits
Strong organizational and time-management abilities with a keen eye for detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Additional Skills:
Fluency in French and/or German (essential)
Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic (desirable)
