Grotto Manager

LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort is seeking a Grotto Manager to join its Entertainment Team for the exciting 2025 Christmas season. The Grotto Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the immersive Christmas grotto experience, ensuring every guest has a magical and memorable encounter with Father Christmas and his elves.

This role requires excellent leadership skills as you will manage a team of elves, monitor their performance, and ensure all interactions meet the highest standards of guest experience. You will also oversee logistics such as ensuring Father Christmas has enough gifts for all young visitors, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, and acting as the main point of contact for the grotto area.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing teams within entertainment or seasonal events, be proactive with strong organizational abilities, and demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication skills. Creativity and a keen eye for detail are highly valued, as you will contribute ideas to enhance the festive experience for guests.
