Group Financial Controller

Description:

Curated Partners are supporting a growing manufacturing group looking for a Group Financial Controller to help strengthen and develop its finance function.

This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to make a real difference to how the business reports, plans and makes decisions. You’ll bring greater visibility across the group, improve financial controls and replace manual processes as the business grows.

Alongside the day-to-day delivery, you’ll help shape systems and processes, develop a small finance team and provide insight that supports commercial decisions.

The role

• Take ownership of group consolidation across multiple entities.

• Lead month-end and the production of monthly management accounts.

• Improve cash flow visibility and financial control.

• Support manufacturing costing and project accounting.

• Play a key role in ERP and finance systems change.

• Lead and develop a small finance team.

• Identify issues early and follow through on improvements.
