Anima Gymnastics Club is looking for a passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Coach to join our team. We believe in nurturing resilience, confidence, and a strong community through gymnastics, inspiring young athletes to discover their potential, passion, and purpose. This role involves delivering engaging training sessions, mentoring assistant coaches, and fostering a positive environment for gymnasts of all skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:

🤸 Coaching & Training
✅ Plan and deliver engaging gymnastics sessions tailored to different age groups and skill levels.
✅ Ensure sessions are fun, safe, and focused on skill progression.
✅ Mentor and guide assistant coaches to promote best practices in coaching.

👥 Athlete Development & Club Support
✅ Act as a positive role model, motivating gymnasts and fostering club values.
✅ Maintain accurate session registers and communicate progress with parents.
✅ Support competitions, club events, and talent identification processes.

📋 Compliance & Operations
✅ Follow British Gymnastics guidelines, addressing any safety concerns promptly.
✅ Assist in facility management, setup, and maintaining a clean training environment.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

🎓 Coaching Certification & Experience:
✔ Minimum British Gymnastics Level 1 certification (Level 2 preferred).
✔ Proven experience coaching gymnasts of different skill levels and age groups.

💡 Technical & Soft Skills:
✔ Strong understanding of gymnastics progressions and coaching methodologies.
✔ Excellent communication, motivation, and leadership skills.
✔ Commitment to safeguarding and athlete welfare.
