As Head Chef, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing back-of-house team, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality meals crafted with locally sourced ingredients. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining culinary standards, managing budgets, and exceeding guest expectations through innovative and seasonal menu offerings.
