Head Fixed Income Etf

Description:

This is a full-time role for a Head Fixed Income ETF at GHCO, located in London. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the fixed income ETF trading desk. You will lead a team of traders and quants, monitor market trends, develop trading strategies, and ensure the smooth execution of fixed income ETF trades. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to optimize liquidity provision and enhance trading capabilities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in fixed income ETF trading, with a deep understanding of the fixed income market and ETF trading dynamics
• Demonstrated track record of successfully managing a trading desk and leading a team
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to analyze market data and develop trading strategies
• Excellent knowledge of financial products, risk management, and regulatory frameworks
• Proficiency in trading platforms and systems
• Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
